From fruit sourced mainly from the cooler southern half of the region, fermented at cool temperatures and blended following three months on lees. Explodes with citrus and tropical notes on the nose, with nuances of passionfruit and jasmine. Peachy on the palate, backed up by refreshing guava and grapefruit flavours and a subtle creaminess.
