Alcoholic Drinks Tally Ho is a limited edition Barley wine style beer, brewed at Adnams since 1880. Traditionally a Christmas beer, and brewed in October in limited quantities, many pubs lay a cask down like fine wine and save it for special occasions throughout the year. The bottled version is brewed at the same time as the cask beer. Bottled Tally Ho will have natural sediment, as it is bottle conditioned - some yeast is left in the beer so that it continues to mature in the bottle -pour carefully to avoid the yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

Alcoholic Drinks Adnams brewery has stood in the heart of Southwold for over six hundred years and "Southwold Jack" appears on our beer labels. He continues to guard over our longest-serving beer brewed here in Southwold on the Suffolk coast -The Bitter. Bitter goes well with roast meats and fish cooked in batter as the clean bitterness cuts through the slightly fatty notes and hence keeps the palate refreshed. Our Bitter also makes a good aperitif.

Alcoholic Drinks Adnams Broadside commemorates the fierce battle of Sole Bay fought against the Dutch Republic in 1672 off the Southwold coast, just across the green from our brewery. The fullness of the beer makes it a good accompaniment for stews and steak or kidney and ale pies. All sausage dishes complement Broadside well. A mature cheese ploughmans or cheeseboard of hard English cheeses are a perfect match for bottled Broadside.

Alcoholic Drinks A genuine Bitburger beer, without the alcohol. The impressive taste is due to the unique way in which it is produced. Bitburger Drive is brewed in exactly the same way as the full strength Bitburger Pilsner beer. Only when the beer has matured completely, the alcohol is removed using an extremely gentle process. Therefore, Bitburger Drive retains all the qualities of Bitburger Premium beer. This contrasts with other alcohol free beers which are brewed by stopping the fermenting process, making Bitburger Drive the best tasting low alcohol beer on the market today.
